Crash Twinsanity - Playstation 2/Xbox (Released 2004)

Crash Twinsanity was the first crash game made after the takeover by Serra, meaning that Naughty Dog, who worked on the previous titles, was not involved. The game is set 3 years after the events of The Wraith of Cortex, where as Cortex and Uka Uka are frozen in an iceberg, which can be seen in the main menu. It is then assumed as coco is stunned and Cortex takes her place and lures crash deeper into the jungle, that he was unfrozen during the start.

After following Cortex which is like a turtorial, you find that he has gathered back his old team, which is short for after the boss, Crash and Cortex fight. Afterwards the Twins, a pair of twin birds in little hover chairs, appear and threaten the world, as well as taking Cortexs brai.n, so they team up to save the world, though the majority of the game is saving Cortex from something from bees to an anti crash to using Cortex to help in your own gain, like ride him as a sled.

There is also another character added to line up in this game, Nina Cortex, Neos niece, a buck toothed young girl who has extenable arms. The game has no real story line, it just travels from place to place with no real point besides a bit of humour. There are extra items that are collectable that gives you secret movies, sketches and other things, bringing this game up to some stardard of lasting.

I bought this game out of curiousity, and was very disappointed, it was very quick and the story went no where, and it took long time to tell the little bit of story that there is. The gameplay is not like most of the other titles with the picking of different levels to collect crystals, gems and Time relics, which made the game enjoyable, this game is just one big run through, i admit this game has its moments of fun and humour, but over all, i havent played it since i finished it 2 days after buying it so.

Not the best Crash game by-far, but has its moments
